"I would give zero stars if I could. So I took paperwork in to have my taxes done 2 years ago. A year later I get a letter saying that we owe the irs. Come to find out they had never put in my husbands income in the tax return. He went up there and spoke with someone. She pulled out the paperwork and said they didn’t have his w2. Which I know for a fact I gave it to them. They did lose half of my original paperwork so I am assuming that was one of the papers. They never bothered to ask if my husband had a job!! So here we are 2 years later still fighting with the irs and the state over the taxes. Having to pay back almost all the money we received that year. And the interest and penalties is coming out of our pocket. I’m beyond frustrated that they wouldn’t at least try to help us get it settled!!"
