A Refund Advance loan is a loan that is repaid with your tax refund, providing you with money before your refund arrives from the IRS. While Refund Advance is no longer available this year, we did offer Early Refund Advance at select locations from December 11, 2023, until January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance from January 2, 2024, until February 11, 2024.

We offer appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. To ensure you receive dedicated time with a Tax Pro, we recommend booking an appointment online or calling us at (828) 650-6610. Walk-ins are also welcome at our 2144 Hendersonville Road office.
