I came last year waited over 45 min for a rude individual to do My taxes, which were not done in a professional manner this year I get a call and I schedule my appointment just to find out the gentleman that was supposed to do my taxes will not be doing my taxes. The appointment I scheduled is no longer valid. I waited to be seen all I had was one simple W-2. I had no tax exemptions. I had no other W-2s or other forms to put with my paperwork and they just wanted me to drop it off. A woman who came in after me but brought donuts got seen before me. She did not have an appointment either. If you are looking for a company that will actually take care of you and see you as a person not just a number this is not the location for you."
