"I've attended two Mediterranean Diet cooking classes led by Veronique Eichler at the McKinley-Edwards Inn in Bryson City. I enjoy cooking and eating and over the past 15 months have changed my diet to eat very healthy but delicious meals. The Mediterranean Diet is definitely the way to go! I've learned so much from Veronique (both from her website and the cooking classes). I really enjoy the camaraderie that an evening cooking with Veronique and new friends brings.
