"I FINALLY convinced my husband to try an açaí bowl. We rushed there to arrive at 8:40pm. 20 minutes before closing. Only to be told that you don’t serve bowels “that late”. The parking lot and drive through were empty. No customers. So we left and went to the packed Chick-Fil-A whose full menu was available. When I do get to try a bowl, I will go to Palm Berry just around the corner. We would have been customers for life if we had gotten what we wanted and it was good. If this is a real policy, it should be listed on the menu board. If it’s not a policy, shame on your employees."
