"The fries were terrible! I thought maybe they just weren’t fresh. My children wouldn’t even eat them. They were warm so I thought maybe they were ok but no, with every fry it was hard to chew and NOT like every other fry I have always gotten from every other Chick-fil-A. I was reading other reviews and other people said things about nuggets tasting like cigarettes bc of the oil maybe. I know my kids nuggets are SO DRIED OUT. Their whole dinner was terrible. There is definitely something going on with the fryer. I asked for replacement fries, fresh fries. I got the same, hard to chew fries like I got the first time. They don’t even look right! I won’t be back unless I don’t want fries. Bc the sandwich was good. & MOST of the staff was very helpful."
