"I ordered the chicken bacon Swiss combo plain and they gave it to me with everything on it and then when I went back they only put the chicken in the bread when there’s supposed to be Swiss cheese and bacon. This doesn’t happen often but only when there’s a specific employee working"

I have three kids and obligations and don’t have the time for this but this is the last time. Round 2 after receiving two free sandwich vouchers from corporate and then writing my a sincere apology letter asking my business back I get a bunch of onions and barely any meat. Final time I go to any Arby’s, I have never seen such a lousy $8 sandwich in my life. This is highway robbery and then after complaining and asking both the cashier and manager on duty if they would pay $8 dollars for this sandwich they both were speechless and then finally said well I guess. No one in their right mind should pay $8 bucks for two pieces of bread and onions. If I could rate 0 stars I would."
