I went to get the refund loan and couldn’t figure out why I was denied it was because the tax preparer made a mistake that now I have to pay for and was expecting that loan so I could get a car and pay some bills. Please don’t go to H &R Block at least in Clemson SC. First of all he was very distracted because he was the only one in the office with other customers coming in and could not keep his full attention on me and doing my taxes. Now I have to pay for a mistake he made. What should I do??"
