"Very sweet and attentive ladies that work here, one being the owner I found out. My Chihuahua is picky and gets scared easily ( but not here) and after our groomer retired I found this place and am glad I gave them a try!"
"My dogs have always received the best haircuts and were pampered while with Cindy. Absolutely the best groomer and dog lover around! Skill and talent beyond measure!!!!!"
"My dog, loves to go to Cindy's. She never acted that way at any other groomers. Happy Doggie, happy Mom."
"She took great care of my baby. This was his first time at a groomer. He did great and looks awesome. Thank you Cindy."
"I have been coming to Cindy's since the summer of 2016 and been pleased. My most recent experience was not good at all. When I picked up my long haired dachshund mix the sclera of both his eyes were BLOOD RED. I did not notice it until I was driving away and immediately called Cindy's but it was past closing and I got the voice mail. I left a message and let her know what condition my little boy's eyes were in and then called my veterinarian. Long story short and a vet bill of over $150.00, my vet said he believed my Sam fell off the grooming table and was strangled by the slip lead causing his blood pressure to rocket up and that caused the capillaries in his eyes to rupture. In the morning Cindy returned my call and instead of expressing any concern whatsoever, tried to suggest he was injured after leaving her place. There was a person at Cindy's who I had not met before when I came to pick him up, and I suggested maybe she had groomed Sam and had an accident she did not mention. Cindy defensively stated she was the groomer for Sam. On a much less important note, this time Sam's hair cut was noticeably uneven and he had an area of matted hair under his front right arm pit. I am not sure why the quality of grooming has declined, but I will never take my canine kids back."
