"We had a 4 o clock appointment and arrrived at 3:50. The location was empty with a handwritten note that said be right back. A Wal-Mart employee apologized after 30 minutes and tried to page someone. Mr. Wilds FINALLY showed after we sat there for an hour and 5 minutes. He showed up not only without an apology but an attitude. He informed us he didn't make the appointments so it wasn't his problem. He was rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL all while his child watched. I have children and understand being a parent however I also understand that child care was invented for a reason. All he had to say was Im so sorry for the inconvenience. I don't make the appointments and had to leave to get my child. But that is not what we got. Then For over 30 minutes he sat on the phone with his boss as if he hadn't already wasted enough of our time for 1 day. It was so bad as we were finally leaving to go to the Silas creek location a Wal-Mart costumer service representative apologized to us in the parking lot and made sure we knew they aren't affiliated with Wal-Mart.At the Silas Creek location Mr. Raval went above and beyond in assisting us. Mr Wilds boss also met with us and apologized on behalf of Jackson Hewitt even giving us a discount to compensate our time. I recommend Jackson Hewitt but I wouldn't recommend Mr Wilds or the Wal-Mart location to my worst enemy."
