"What started off as a good experience turned out to be the worst experience of my life. The team here is very unprofessional, unorganized and I really feel like no one including managent actually knows what they are doing. They told me I had to file with my husband.. which was a lie... Just wanted to make money off of him... Then told me my kids social was wrong when I wrote it down correctly...then person I was working with disappeared for 2 weeks .. mind you I started my process 1/4.. finished 1st time 1/7. After the disappearing act and numerous calls. Appointments made and no one was there to open. They start emailing me and calling me practically threatening me to come back in and correct all of their mistakes.. ummm no and on top of that I filed with turbo tax andy refund was 2500 dollars higher than what liberty tax quoted... sooo umm no. I don't recommend any one go there. Just take it chances filing onlinenby uraelf. because this ain't it. And I've also contacted the head office gotten no response l.. but I called the bbb. And told them about the threatening emails and texts so.. they will be in contact."
