When that walk-in takes *over an hour* asking questions about every tiny detail, you will be left waiting the whole time with nothing but a "You've been so patient" from the receptionist. First off it was my first time going to H&R Block and the atmosphere is so welcoming and the people are so friendly and were so excited to help to me. The tax professional I had was the nicest and sweetest woman I have ever met, that I didn't want to say goodbye. I felt so respected and felt like my concerns was also her concerns as well, which was such a relief knowing someone cared that I got the most for my family. And speaking of getting the most for my family, that's exactly what she did. I have never seen a refund that big and on top of it, she was willing to look at my W-2s from two years ago and see if there was more money that they could get for me that other tax companies failed to notice. I have never been so pleased with any other company. "I went for years here and was ok until this year i was audited. Come to find out they messed my taxes up for the last 3 yrs. Good thing i bought peace of mind...was denied because 3 different tax preparers made an error so the appeal process..they said they wouldnt. In all i 400 each year minimum for service and peace of mind for them to do nothing when they have to honor their mistakes even if you purchase peace of mind"
