"This year I got back significantly less and found out that I was charged a $40 fee for processing my funds into my bank account. First they said it was my bank ,so I called and they told me no they don't charge for a deposit. Then I call back and get the truth. When I filed my tax return I didn't pay up front and I was never told that I had too. So they charged me a $40 processing fee to take their deducted amount out of my return for their service. I was never told upfront about this extra fee but after reading the fine print which is very fine print I saw it. Basically I should of read the 20 plus pages of fine print cause these crooks weren't going to tell me about it. I had the money to pay for the service upfront but they didn't care enough to explain to me these fees to me which is shady as hell. Im very upset and when I called them they laughed like oh well! Years I've never noticed this but I tell you this Never again."
