"Good Update! Marissa has reached out, we spoke about things I wasn’t clear about prior. I really appreciate her explaining to me what happened that led up to this point. We’re now working on what we can and I’ll be making sure I have the right things in order for further protection. Update: once again Marissa will reply to email, and this review but not by phone. Marissa, I’ve been by my phone all week and haven’t heard a single thing from YOU. Your professionalism truly shows through your reply. As I said in the review prior I did state I did in fact get those reminders to which I replied! And I was told “we don’t need any further documentation, they were provided after the sale”. We can play cat and mouse all day with these google reviews but one thing is for sure. This is not slander whatsoever but the complete experience you yourself has given me. A callback, ANYTHING regarding my incident this week from you would’ve been greatly appreciated. All you care about is defending yourself and agency rather than CALLING me to sort through the matter. I’ve had a terrible experience with you and I’m entitled to my review. Literally all you did was reply to 4 emails with screen shots of reminders and emails, but when I called you to speak to you regarding that you are MIA. Your response was and is very inappropriate, especially speaking specifically on my claim. I do appreciate you finally acknowledging me and what I have to say though. Out of all the reviews you are scrolling past right now take mine extremely seriously. Do not, Do not and I mean absolutely DO NOT use Allstate. I purchased my vehicle brand new in 2020 full coverage, under New York states law I am required to provide my new sticker ticket of purchase proving my vehicle is not used. I purchased brand new and contacted Marissas office where I was given full Coverage and collision insurance. I received notifications later that I needed to provide photo documentation to keep my car fully covered. So I call Allstate and I’m then informed that I did not need to send any photos in because documentation was provided at sale. Well I was t-boned last week and now Marissa is not fighting for me she is actually fighting against me. She’ll respond to emails “proving” the amount of times she’s contacted us to upload photos but won’t actually reach back out to me. My car was brand new 0 mileage, I was told I couldn’t even purchase the vehicle without collision coverage. This company and Marissa is extremely dishonest, deceiving, corrupt, a pass the buck kind of company. DO NOT fall for it. I’ve paid them for 3 years! Even added in other vehicles, Marissa will only fight to save herself. She will not Call you to speak after something has happened. You are NOT in good hands with her. She will leave you with nothing, literally no options. She’ll also say “there’s other agents in the company to speak too” but if you call them they’ll tell you to call your agent. To whom does not exist. She’ll respond to reviews and emails but that’s about it."

"Provided excellent service with dealing with a flooding issue with timely responses. My only issue with the Drivewise module for the Allstate, as I am required to always be on as this causes significant drain on my cell phone. As a result I turn that off when not driving short distances."
