"Went in here looking for a specific shoe that I saw online for my birthday and luckily they had it (Style name: Carrson-R Crystal). Unfortunately they had it a half size bigger than I needed, but the salesperson who helped me, Justin A., went above and beyond until I was happy. He offered to put insoles in the shoe to see if that helped and they did! I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received. He was very helpful & I would definitely go back.
