"Unfamiliar with commercial insurance products, I spoke with Tom, at Greece Insurance 2012. Tom was mentally occupied with his son's upcoming wedding and that was the focus of his conversations. I was trying to insure a small commercial brick building near downtown and lease it out. Unbeknownst to me, Tom sold me a "SFVW or "something" policy for $1,200.00 covering sinkholes, volcanic eruption, falling objects. etc. It did not provide for any of the common concerns such as theft, vandalism, glass breakage, malicious mischief, etc. When presenting a claim for vandalism Tom pretended to not understand why it was denied. The Underwriter informed me it was due to the coverages I'd selected under a "SFVW Policy. They were in fact selected by Tom and the most unnecessary coverage needed in my area. There was no apology, just a calloused disregard. I felt "hustled, manipulated and duped. They will NEVER get a referral by me! I warn anyone proceed with extreme caution. Better yet, don't use them!"

"Condescending, impatient and rude. Worst of all, allowed his negative opinions to influence his “recommendations”. He lead me to believe I could not be insured... yet I found insurance on my own less than 12 hours later. Would NOT recommend to anyone."
