"I called over the phone to ask for an appointment. She told me she would be available on Saturday morning (her office hours are Mon-Fri) I asked if i could come late morning at 11 am, she said yes that would be fine. I showed up Saturday morning at her office, called got no answer, was let in the building by another business inside, got to her office door and she was clearly not open. I then left an email before i left her office building(saturday) and even left a voicemail monday morning stating that i showed up for my appt. Set for sat and she was not there. Monday passed and i did not receive a email back nor a phone call, today is Tuesday. I wasted my time and gas to travel to her and did not even get a response back !!!! If she was professional, i would have been top priority as far a call back. Thats what i call terrible customer service. I found this lady on Google and thought that she would be a nice, respectable, and knowledgeable tax preparer. WRONG !!!!!!!!"
