"Most of the reviews for this location were great which is why we went here this year for our taxes. Unfortunately, we were given conflicting information multiple times. On the phone we were quoted $190-250 to do our taxes. Then Connie called and told us it would be around $360. When all was said and done our total was $460!! Those are BIG differences! After the first visit we were told to come back next week to sign all the docs. When we showed up we waited 20min past our appointment time and then an additional 1 hour with Connie. She told us the week prior she would have all state returns done. When we got there one state was not completed as it was showing an error message and she did not know why. We were told to come back in a few days to sign again. Their was also misinformation about who needed to sign and when since we file jointly. We got a call today (March 15) and were told they are closing last minute for 10 days for “maintenance” and that if we didn’t come in they we would have to wait to file the return almost 2 weeks. We finally signed today and we are pretty sure someone tested positive for covid at this location which is what the “maintenance” is for. We will not be going back as we don’t trust them."
