"Rude staff. Only the gorgeous woman on the door had any energy and interest. Store had only one other customer …then it was just me. So it’s not as if they were rushed off their feet. Perhaps it’s because I was older, who knows, but I was treated like trash. The item wasn’t displayed and initially they acted as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, despite me confirming they had it by phone. I did want the item but the flagship had it at a higher price than Bergdorfs? I found that odd but was still happy to buy …but the guy serving me was so offhand, disinterested and rude that I thought “screw it”. They lost a sale and I went and bought another label (Dries). Miu Miu…. Will never set foot in again. Who wants to feel sad when spending large sums on designer items. You want to feel amazing and excited. Not like you are bothering store staff by merely existing."

"Lady working at the register was full of herself, cold, and unwelcoming, came in here with my brother and sister in hopes of purchasing a pair of flats, and boots. But left when she told my sister she couldn't take a picture of the mannequin infant of her, quite confusing since there are so many pictures under these reviews. She definitely felt she was better than us, with the way she was looking us up and down. Workers like her most likely can't even afford miu miu yet steer away customers who can afford to buy it"
