"Wow! The staff here is fantastic! Not only was the staff behind the counter really helpful but when I couldn’t get my son and my tickets to load, Taylor, the manager, came out and helped us resolve the issue swiftly. We made our movie, on time, and my only regret is not learning the names of the amazing guys, behind the concession counter, who did their best to help and then got Taylor’s attention to our situation! The theater was clean, the popcorn was fresh, the movie wasn’t the best but the theater and staff more than made up for my poor movie selection!"
"Went last night to see exorcist believers. I’m not even gonna lie just the movie theater itself was creepy. It felt like something out of the 80s which I love the 80s but I have not been to the movie theater since 2013 and I thought no problem since I’m in that area I would go see the movie there, it was horrible. I don’t remember it looking like that course like I said it’s been 10 years. Nothing is updated. Absolutely nothing there’s no popcorn made it’s bagged up like it’s made and then bagged up so if you want any, they would probably warm some up for you. The chairs are so outdated , to everything being outdated. The auditorium we went into sat about 30 people it feels like you’re an enough closed stuffy room or someone has urinated all over the carpet. The AC doesn’t work and yes it smells like urine. I will stick to just going to Amc 17 at Southpoint where they have IMAX in Dolby and they’re updated."
"The overall experience was good BUT the popcorn was bad, I got nachos and I think they were stale. The women's bathroom didn't have soap, just a big bottle of hand sanitizer. Not good for someone like me with three small kids........ The movie was great! Took the kids to see The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It's funny for kids and adults, a little cussing but nothing too bad. It also has a great soundtrack if you like 90's R&B and Rap."
"This cinema is my favorite in NC I have seen two movies here and the seats are comfortable, they aren’t the most new but they work, also they are clean the only thing that I don’t like is the commercials before the movie but I think in all movie theaters is the same situation. The first time I bought popcorns and they were good but I prefer to cary my favorites also I don’t like the sweets beverages so I always cary with me my teas or coffees. The price is good!"
"I attended a Lionsgate free screening of the movie Joy Ride this evening. Entry was well organized and the Regal staff/Lionsgate promo team were friendly and kind. A line formed at 6:00 p.m. and they began letting us in the theater a little after 6:30. Joy Ride is a must see comedy! The Asian representation and culture throughout the film was brilliant and so entertaining. This theater like many Regal and older AMC theaters in the triangle is very dated. 1990's dated. While they have pleather recliners, they are in need of replacement. I'm a little surprised at this given the Brier Creek area. The sound was very poor during the movie. Too low. Everything is typically well manicured in this shopping plaza, so it's a bit disappointing. I did not use the restroom or purchase anything from the concession stand, so I cannot speak to that experience. I am very picky about restrooms and where I dine. The movie theater experience has come a long way over the decades. Regal theaters need a major facelift to catch up to what other companies like Paragon & CMX are offering. We are now in a time where heated seats, zero gravity chairs and Dine-in service are options at the other theaters. So why settle ?"
