"Filled my taxes on February 4, 2022, then two weeks later I get a message on my refund status that my refund is delayed beyond normal time. I waited until 21 days to start calling the IRS to find out why. It took me calling numerous times a day for over two weeks to finally get through to someone to find out whyy taxes were delayed. Come to find out, my so called tax expert forgot to fill in the info from our 1099 INT that the IRS sent out. Now the IRS says Ill have to wait until April 18 & call back, then Ill most likely have to manually file my taxes. I call Jackson Hewitt customer service to see what they could do for me since this was there mistake & they said I would have to call the office where I filed them. I had already did this numerous times and never got an answer & customer service even tried to call for me and didnt get an answer either. So the customer service rep, sent an email to the manager & said I would be contacted withen 72hrs. Its now been 2 weeks and not a word from them, Ive also contacted customer service twice more since & still no help for there mistake, besides I will have to go in person to the office where I filed my taxes, which I might add is over an hour away from where I live. Worst tax experience ever, all around!"

"Absolute horrible experience I have been to this place many times with no problem, but this time at this location was unbelievable. No one was able to explain clearly to me the questions I had asked about the details of my paperwork, the seemed to be “manager” he was completely disrespectful asking I be patient with other sly comments when I was nothing but that even after the 2 hours I spent my time there. I am ultimately just disappointed that I didn’t receive the kind moderate help anyone would expect from a tax professional and that I didn’t just use turbo tax. Would not recommend."
