"This appointment felt incredibly rushed. I felt very judged by her. When I asked her to take a look at a bump under my skin, she ignored it and when I reminded her, she pretended to know what i was talking about (clearly did not), told me it was fine and said I had her "looking for a needle in a haystack for nothing" as if it wasnt her job. It may have been fine but ovarian cancer runs in my family and because she was so rude about it now im stressed and have to go find another doctor who will address my concern. Also, they never had me pee in a cup when I came in and they have always done that when I went to the gyno right when i got there.. so that was odd."

"I'm very disappointed... I got an IUD placed last month and had my follow up appointment scheduled today. I've been experiencing excessive crapping every 2 days since I've gotten it. A few spotting here and there. I show up for my appointment 13 minutes late and was told she left for the day and I was refused to be seen. We live in Charlotte... I'm normally an early person (last appointment I was 15 minutes early), but come on... 13 minutes. I explained to the lady at the front desk this appointment was important due to what I've been experiencing (crapping and spotting) and she just shrugged her shoulders. I then asked if anyone else could see me and she said no. I expressed again the pain I was having and I could tell she was fed up with me. I had no choice but to leave. I called 3 other facilities to make an appointment and they all recommend I seek urgent care. I'm extremely disappointed how this was handled. I was late and I own that, but 13 minutes is not devastating considering the health issues that I'm having. This experience has left me feeling lost, confused on what to do next and scared about my health. I hope no one else has to go through this."

"Dr. Bell is phenomenal and Atrium is lucky to have her. These days it’s very difficult to find doctors who truly care about their patients (in my opinion). Her bedside manner is actually one of the reasons I chose her when I was looking for a new obgyn a few years ago and I will be sticking with her. She is always very sweet, kind, and listens to your concerns. She seeks your input, considers your feedback in order to make treatment recommendations, and she always makes you feel at ease."
