"Very disappointed, waiting time was almost and hour but actual time with dr is just 3 mins and felt rushed. She didn’t addressed to my questions properly and speaks too fast and in such a way she which made us more confused. She didn’t even bother to look at my records… such an unprofessional."

"I just left my appointment with Dr. Taylor at the Waxhaw location. I wasn’t feeling well at all. A family member referred me to her and I decided to give her a try. She wasn’t too pleasant to speak with and fast talked me through my visit. Overall rude. Also, when I went to the restroom to give a urine sample, there were 3 other urine samples sitting in the tray to be tested with barely any room for me to put mines in. I’ve never seen that before but it seems a bit unclean to me. I do not want to touch no one else’s urine sample."
