"The person that works the front desk is an absolute joke! She is rude, talks over you, can not answer questions regarding the information that she is saying. I called to get a copy of my medical file. "Your account is inactive, we don't have your records." "Where are they?" "Why haven't you come to get them already?" "Thats what I'm trying to do now." "I found them, but we are closing in January it could take the doctor 2 weeks or so to review your request to release your records." "But your closing in January so how am I going to be able to follow up?" "Just come in here and sign the records release, I'm not going back and forth on the phone with you. Your asking me too many questions." Really??? Everyone's comments about the front desk person is 100% true and accurate. She is a total b*^#÷."

"I would avoid this place like the plague. Here is why: From the beginning I was given dirty paper work by a nurse out of scrubs. After waiting 30 minutes I was seen by an extremely unprofessional woman who claimed she was a doctor. She is anything but…I asked if they perform abortions, and with an attitude she said they didn’t do abortions and don’t even do referrals. This woman shoved a clipboard full of more paperwork into my hands and told me to sign. When I began to read I told her I had already filled out paperwork in the front office. She stood up and snatched the clipboard out of my hands. There is absolutely no way she is a professional doctor. I didn’t see any credentials on the office wall. I should have known something was off about this fraudulent office posing as a women’s clinic. This office only ‘counsels’ women- - they do not do abortions; and instead, they invade your privacy by asking you unrelated and insensitive questions about your personal life. A total waste of time. I would avoid this place like the plague."

"I have to disagree with the majority of these reviews. I have been going to this office for over 3 years (sometimes every 3 months for my bc) and have had no issues what so ever. They are great with working with your schedule to get you in the office or if you have to reschedule. They open super early for those people that have to work during the day. Dr Petok is a very straight forward, no bs kind of Dr. She is very knowledgeable and gets you in and gets you out. This is a VERY busy office so don't go in expecting a 10 minute chat session during your visit but if you are looking for a reliable and comfortable practice, this is it!"

"The front office is very rude & disrespectful. The equipment that is used in this facility is not updated & if you have any discrepancies with your bill, they will not take responsibility for it. It is very obvious that the ladies at the front desk have no experience with diversity nor hospitality. I received what I was thought to be an annual Pap smear with blood work & received a $500 bill due to a discrepancy of the wrong diagnosis codes being sent to a lab. I was told by one of the ladies at the front desk, who was very rude & condescending, to call the lab. Once I did this, the employee at the lab told me there were test done that were not routine & wrong diagnosis codes sent to the lab, once I called the university women's center back, the same rude office assistant answered the phone & I proceeded to let her know my confusion about the situation. The office assistant proceeded to get loud & even more condescending in tone, and continued to over talk & dispute every concern that I expressed. That is when I left the message I needed to leave & hung up on the lady. I NEVER, EVER write reviews, but being that I have had such a negative experience with this facility I want to be able to save another young woman from the same frustrations. I have NEVER, EVER had this happen from any other facility that I've received a Pap & blood work from. And YES my insurance is valid. So I say to you, PLEASE TAKE CAUTION when dealing with the employees of this facility. If possible avoid at all cost."

"I have to disagree with these reviews. I have been going there for 10+ years. I have had nothing but professional treatment by all. The receptionist is a little brash, but nothing I can complain about (remember what this person has to deal with everyday), I personally do not have any complaints about any of the staff. During one of my most recent visits a young lady had called, came in the office in tears, the staff quickly took into a room. They were sincere and comforting. The practice is not covered under the umbrella of the hospital, so they do require certain information and payment (via an on-file credit card). I can't blame them for that."
