"Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dr. Wright was the polar opposite from a couple years ago. Previously, he was patient, understanding and thorough. The experience I just had with him has left a sour taste in my mouth. He and his nurse Mary were incredibly slow to answer a simple question. I had to call and email numerous times over the last month just to find out they were unwilling to help, which they could have easily stated a month ago. His nurse Mary is deliberately slow at returning phone calls and ignores emails. It’s very disappointing."
