"They're online. Services are terrible. I've had them for years and they're impossible to use their online services. Nothing works right? I've tried many times. I have to call my insurance company to pay my bill, It's just crazy to me that they can't have a website easy to use like other companies. I've asked my agent to even find me a different company because I like to use online services Not pleased with their service at all and then if you show up there you have to pay cash with the exact money or a check. They have no change. It's just crazy to me not pleased with having to call my insurance company to pay my bill. You guys need to figure it out!"

"Beware of this company. I paid my policy in full and never anticipated any problems until I found out they cancelled it. They took part of my payment and applied it to another policy without telling me or asking. Since it was a new policy with a mortgage they sent all mailings to the bank and did not notify me in anyway that they needed more money. I didn't know anything until I found out my policy was cancelled. Then they charged me late fees and reinstatement fees even though I was not informed of the issue. I tried to call to dispute the extra fees and even though they admitted to mailing everything to the bank and not notifying me in anyway it got me nowhere."

"I have been insured with this company for several years. We had one major incident that flooded 3 floors in our house. Within a day, Wayne Cooperative had ServePro at our door drying out all three levels and thourghly checked "anything that water touched"! They were amazing and being in such a panic with a devastating loss, it was so nice that the financial issues of our flooding was handled for us. Amazing, compassionate, and very helpful!"
