"I cannot believe in 2023 this is where we are at with women’s healthcare!?! I requested an appointment with Dr Hall specifically, after having had a very bad experience prior with another provider at Wilmington Health. My appointment was marked as a new patient ‘Level 4’ office visit. I even came prepared, having done my research and brought along my most up to date MRI images (on disk and printed) and lab results. It wasn’t until 40 minutes(!!!) past my appointment time when I was finally lead into the examination room by Dr Hall’s nurse. She asked me to strip from the waist down stating “Dr Hall will want to do her examination”. I waited another 10 minutes or so to finally be seen by Dr Hall. She spent maybe 10 minutes (at most) in the room with me, she did not do any examination on me despite being told to strip down for exam. Not only that but I had to sit on the bed half naked during the entire conversation with her, uncomfortable and cold. I told her I brought my recent imaging if she could kindly take a look at the actual images. She glanced down at her papers and shrugged saying “I looked at it”. Mind you, my images, lab results and the disc of my images were sitting nicely in a folder on the other table. She had no images in front of her, just a brief report by the radiologist. I came to discuss an inevitable, and for me, the patient, difficult surgery. I felt completely dismissed, brushed off and rushed. The entire experience left me disheartened and in tears. Since then I was fortunate to have my surgery done by another surgeon."

"Dr. Hall has been my doctor for a few years now, and she is truly the best. She makes it a point to be thorough and ensures I understand exactly what she tells me. She is careful to not only treat the issue I’m having but also goes back into my history, thoroughly checking to make sure nothing was missed. Recently, my family practice doctor recommended a procedure, sent me to her for it, and she advised against it, thoroughly explaining why, and advising a less invasive method of treatment. I appreciate her professionalism and her knowledge, and her honesty. She is so very personable! She takes time with her patients, (but is prompt getting you back on time) sits down across from them, and makes you feel like you are the only patient she has. It’s well worth my hour + drive to get there!"

"Dr. Sandra Hall and Michelle Wallace are a dream team! They are quick to schedule you, very nice and friendly and they truly care about their patients. Sandra took plenty of time with me to explain everything without feeling rushed, is extremely compassionate and made me feel very comfortable. I received my results very quickly and was rescheduled by Michelle with the follow up physician instantly with my results (which I also received immediately.) Her staff are amazing and I have recommend them to all of my friends and family."

"Dr. Hall is WONDERFUL!!!She is thorough and if you have an issue she won’t give up until you feel 100% better!! You may have a follow up appointment but she’ll remind you to call before then if you have ANY issues. ( She wants you to BE healthy!!) It’s such a relief to have such a caring , excellent physician in Wilmington!!!"

She wasn’t quick to judge, she LISTENS to her patients, and does everything in her power to help and make sure your insurance covers everything.
