"Bryan, Yesterday Marilyn and I left your office with a wonderful filling of fulfillment and gratitude for the excellent assistance we received from some of your staff. We were in a bind to get our condo sale closing documents completed by the end of business on March 31, 2022. Since FedEx had failed to deliver the documents overnight to our home it was already middle of the afternoon before the lawyer emailed the documents to me to print at home. As if this wasn't enough they made us a copy of the completed documents and placed them into a FedEx envelop for us. It is so refreshing to know that companies still exist that believes in great customer service.
