The nurse working with Dc Patricia named Ray was a sweetheart literally a ray of sunshine. I always felt heard and they listened to my concerns and answered my questions promptly."

"Made an appointment almost 2 MONTHS in advance, only to get there and them tell me THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT TIME when I know for a fact that the woman on the phone told me a different time and I put in the exact time on my calendar while I was on the phone, and she confirmed it back to me. This place is a JOKE and doesn’t not care about its patients AT ALL. “Sorry we can’t help you” YOU ALL MADE THE MISTAKE AND YOU ARE DOING ANYTHING TO RECTIFY IT. What a joke of a “doctor’s” office."

"First of all, it’s unfortunate that you see a different OB every time you have an appointment and can’t build a relationship with someone and plan on them delivering your child and knowing your unique case. Secondly, every visit I mentioned that MFM was firm on me demanding an experienced OB to perform my c-section due to high risk involved from scar tissue from fetal surgery and my placenta being on top of said scar tissue. I was reassured It WaS iN mY nOtEs. Apparently whoever did my surgery was not experienced AT ALL, as while I was laying on the table I hear a woman telling someone else to take the scissors and cut the fascia, and he asked if he should cut it with his left or right hand?! Anyways, I had a full grown man jumping on top of me to try to push the baby out, and my poor 6lb baby was black and blue. Her whole face, arm and leg. I have never seen a baby look like that, especially via cesarean. I was not informed or asked about someone learning to do a cesarean on me. VERY displeased with their care."

"I personally feel the doctors should educate you more as you go further into the weeks of pregnancy to know what to expect. I also feel as though they rush to get you in and out they dont tell you what the appointment is for at all. If anyone is looking i wouldn’t recommend them at all"
