"This man is nothing but a scam artist for seniors. I purchased an Annuity from him almost 2 years ago and since that day in June 2018 he has never attempted to make contact with me in any way, not a postal mailing, never a phone call or text, and never an email. Prior to signing the contract I advised Talon of my intent to cancel the rider provision as soon as possible, after my first anniversary year, and that I would rely instead on the provision for 10% free cash withdrawals yearly rather then initiating the annuity income provisions in the contract. I also told Talon that the only reason I was transferring my money to him was to receive the 10% Bonus funds that were to be added to my account value. Talon did not respond in anyway to my comments about not annuitizing the contract. Instead he opened the contract to the signature pages for me to complete. When given the opportunity to advise that if I canceled the Rider then the to 10% Bonus money that was added to my initial base value would be withdrawn from my overall account value, Talon chose to withhold any comment or detail regarding that the connection between Rider &. Bonus. No doubt, Talon was obviously more intent on getting his Guggenheim commission in hand rather than provide his new client with transparent advice & detail to the connection between the Rider and Bonus income. When given the opportunity, he failed to provide truthful, credible advice to me in advance of my signing of the Guggenheim contract with him."
