PNC Bank

"Tried for days over and over to speak to a live person on the phone at this branch...it is impossible! I have been pnc customer for over 25 years. I'm a senior citizen who doesn't like to drive or handle customer service online. I need to talk to a person on the phone!!! What is wrong with these people? I have never seen such blatant nonchalance about customer care, complete lack of empathy and total incompetence and/or ignorance in a professional business in my life! Pitiful..."

"Deplorable customer service. Completely inept in explaining anything, without transferring you 9 times. Entire branch needs education and training on how to service the complete demographic, not just select few."

"I have been a PNC customer for 20+ years. I got my husband to switch to them too because I have always enjoyed using them as my bank. This branch is the most frustrating branch I've ever dealt with and unfortunately I'm here often because it's only a mile from our house. They never answer their phones, I don't even know if they actually have a phone. I've had to call other branches and ask them questions or stop in and ask someone in person because they dont use phones here. They don't have a notary, which all other branches have. Finally their ATM only accepts cash and check deposits about 50% of the time. This isn't just on weekends. I was there Monday around 1030am and it wasn't accepting deposits. I've been there in the middle or end of the week in the late afternoon or evening and it isn't accepting deposits. It's really annoying. If they know it gets full so fast empty it more often or do whatever needs done so it can be used. I'm so close to just switching to wells Fargo since it's right across the street. Ive had to call them so I know they at least answer their phone."

"Under no circumstances do an auto loan through PNC. They clearly do not know what they are doing. After spending hours in the bank waiting to be approved, when my credit is excellent, it only went down hill from there. The fees were never explained to me so after thinking I was all set I starting getting letters to do paperwork for a title I didn’t have! When I finally received the title, many calls later, it also had no instructions with what to do with it. In the end after over two months of harassment the title was sent back with instructions to go to the DMV. That’s when I was told I owe over $500 in taxes and fees. I’ve bought multiple cars in my life with no problems but this has been a nightmare!!!"
