"My husband had an appointment there today at 10:15am arrived there early to do paperwork etc…Doctor comes out around 10:25 and is having a conversation with receptionist like their long long friends doesnt acknowledge us sitting there even tho she is standing very close..two white ladys walk in she’s speaks to them and finally walks to back… idk if this lady was discriminating against us i dont know her at all but she is very unprofessional and the way she handled us made it seem like she discrimates…the reviews i read was good the receptionist was nice but after that interaction we walked out did not trust her to have my husbands best interests"

"I have been coming to this office for a couple of years now. I see Ricardo. I like the staff here! I have never had any issues at all with any of the staff. They’re all very welcoming. Ricardo always tries his best to help me with any concerns or questions I may have. I have never felt more comfortable at a Doctors’ office than I do here!"

"Great office staff from the front desk to clinical. I had the pleasure of seeing two different providers on separate occasions and they both had the best bedside manner that I have ever experienced. All of my questions and concerns were answered, and I did not feel rushed. Dr. Black personally called me two weeks later to see how I was doing on the new medication she prescribed. I wish I could give TEN stars, because my entire experience was awesome. I would highly recommend Dr. Black and her team at New Day Family Practice."

I scheduled an appointment with Ricardo for a follow up visit and things went extremely well. Ricardo and Chelsea was great and very help full.The team that i have here are amazing people."

"This is a revised review. The doctors their really do care about their patients because after I left a one-star review with an explanation, the doctor called me for more information. Doctor black I believe her name was, let me know they were interviewing nurses at the front desk because "we don't work that way" she explained. I believe she did because after calling back to try to reschedule so I could give them another chance like she asked me to, there was a very nice lady that answered the phone right away and was super sweet. Like I said in the first review, I really like the doctors there, so does my fiance! I just couldn't get past the nurse at the front desk"
