"I've dealt with a lot of ob/gyn surgeons, doctors, and nurse practitioners since I was diagnosed with endometriosis. Off the top of my head, I can name at least a dozen, three of whom have actually performed gynecological surgery on me. Of all of those, Dr Pezzuto is the only one I would trust to operate on me again, if it were necessary. She listened to everything that I told her, she took the time to actually look at all the records (imaging reports, surgical reports, lab results, chart notes, etc) that I brought to her, and she treated my situation with more speed than any other gynecologist ever has, before or since. The fact that she took me seriously made it so much easier for me to stand up to the next doctor, and allowed me to get severely malfunctioning organs removed before they could destroy my quality of life any further. Dr Pezzuto cares deeply about her patients, she treats them with dignity and respect, and she's able to look past the textbook presentation of an issue and find the root of the problem. I would still be her patient if she hadn't moved across the country, and if I need a gynecological surgery ever again, I'd be willing to travel to the other side of the planet to have her perform that procedure."
