"Let me start by saying, I heard good things about this Arboretum OBGYN office years ago. I recently started experiencing symptoms from menopause so I needed an Gynecologist. I called this practice and Dr. Paige was the only one accepting new patients. I got there 10 minutes early. The front desk assistant was very nice. I didn't wait no longer than 5 minutes before I went back. After questions were asked and blood pressure taken, the assistant left out. I sat and waited for Dr. Paige for 40 minutes. She never apologized for having me wait so long. I explained my issue, she never did an exam and then proceeded to give a sample medication. The assistant came back in and said some company was going to call me so I could purchase the medication from the, because of the pricing. I never received a phone from the medical company nor a follow-up call to ask if the medication was working. After 3 weeks, the triage nurse called, left me a voicemail about some test results. She had called the wrong patient. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in this practice and the doctor. I wish I could get my $50 copay refunded. I'll never go back and I have definitely told friends about my experience. Please do better!!!"
