"Very accessible seating to wheelchair users, and very clean, hometown theatre. Knocking off a star because website & Facebook doesn't mention you can't purchase tickets at the theater except with cash. Also, website is two weeks behind an allowing you to purchase tickets; cannot biyt current tickets online. Taking off another star because the bathrooms haven't been remodeled since before they ADA. If you use a wheelchair pee before you go."
"It's an older location, but the inside theater is nice. The seats are not recliners but are large, with great cushions, and are in great shape. The price for entry and concessions is reasonable, plus the popcorn was being pop fresh right in front of you. There was only one person there when I went, and he was extremely patient."

"The seats have been updated, the theater is clean, the service is GREAT, and the prices are wonderful. The Crown is a treasured gem in Lancaster County. Sure, it's not new or big like the pricey northern competition but I think that's what makes it so desirable. I'm giving The Crown five stars for my family of six, because it's the most affordable option and it checks off every box for me. Affordable, clean, great service, delicious popcorn, and a local small business. What more could you possibly need?"
"Did a recent upgrades they have the rocking type leather chairs things have been updated very well the old cartoons on the wall have been taken down and you get a more clean to feel when you come in the surround sound is amazing you feel immersed in the movie in front of you there were no mishaps and everything seemed to be well-balanced. The price for a Friday evening was amazing the movie was very good and the popcorn was served hot and everything was very inexpensive. If I can say anything is that they only offered candy and popcorn options I would like for either bag chips or nachos to offer variety as I'm not a person who likes popcorn nor others about party."
