"Love our little town Bank I’m a new business owner and yes I struggle but Lorie keeps me straight and all the Ladies for that matter so it helps to still have the personal in person relationships to where the big name banks think we are a college town and etc and it’s hurting them I’m sure I still like handshakes and in person talks instead of being told to call the internals and get somone in another country instead of a USA citizen taxpayer"

"Called the Chadbourn, NC branch and the lady I spoke with to ask a simple question was very short with me. Mind the lady I spoke with first, was very nice. The lady I needed to ask a question to though was short and rushed me off the phone without giving me a final direct answer and said she would call me back, which she did not. I waited all day yesterday for her call on the matter a she did not call back. I do not recommend this branch, rather would do banking at the Lumberton NC or my Myrtle Beach/Conway SC branches. The lady even seem to smirk when I mentioned the Lumberton branch which shows she is not a loyal employee. Would definitely not give this branch even one star if I were able as the customer service was extremely poor!"
