Reviews of InTown Suites Extended Stay Greensboro NC - Airport
"For the price, my stay was pretty good! The staff are awesome and extremely helpful. No complaints!"
"Skylar (front desk) and Brandon (maintenance) are on-point! I mentioned the heat was out and they came up that very evening and replaced the entire unit! They also took the time to address 3-4 other small things while they were in the room, and even noticed the security latch needed repair without me telling them! I am so glad I stayed here. Was looking at a couple of other places down the road but this was the best price. Now I can say it’s not just the price, it is also the service. I am so glad to be staying here, and grateful to be at a place where the staff care about the residents and each other (they work well together as a team as well)."
"Where do I start...the decision to select this extended stay was a big mistake for my family and I. My intuition was on full alert mode upon entering this place and I knew it wasnt going to be a suitable place for us but thought we will try. It just seems like a place where people are struggling, trying to continually save money, or trying to get on their feet. The best part of my experience is the kindness of the front desk clerk upon checking in and the Thai restaurant across the street. I was suppose to get a premium double bed but it did not look premium at all. Cannot imagine what the other rooms look like without upgrades. In fact, it didnt look triple cleaned as advertised. It needed to be wiped down in the bathroom and kitchen with disinfectant. The room had an odor. When we turned on the heat the burning smell was so strong that the fire alarm went off. We discovered that we didn't have hot water, so for 3 days we didn't have hot water to shower. I reported it to after hours by leaving a message, but they never called back to follow-up. I happen to see a maintenance guy in the hall on Saturday morning and he informed me that they are fixing the hot water now. After several hours I called the front desk and she thought it was fixed. So I told my husband if we don't have hot water by the end of the day we leaving Sunday evening. It was never fixed. Sunday arrived and each time my husband and kids came back into the room they smelled like they were rolling in a pit of lit cigarettes, which made it obvious people do smoke in the building when staff isn't there. The halls smelled. It sounded like there was a playground above our heads all day. The stomping and running was nerve racking. It just was not a good experience at all and I should have advocated for a refund of some of my money because we weren't there for a week. I was just ready to leave. Considering our experience, it wasn't worth paying a dime."
"My husband and I have been staying here for 5 months. We initially did not intend to stay this long but it's been comfortable enough to continue living here while saving money. Maintenance is very prompt in responding to any issues and we definitely love the location. All in all I would recommend for both a short term or long term stay."
"A very nice extended stay hotel to stay. The manger is the most amazing person and makes your stay comfortable . He is just one call away and is very very helpful. This is not a full service hotel but I never felt it because schuyler the manager is just a call away. The location of hotel is also very good. Will definitely come next time ."
