"Contacted them a couple weeks ago for a Equity loan, Very bad service the person I was talking to did not leave any info to the Branch manager when out for a week only does the business on speaker phone not knowing who is in the room with them allowing my personal info out then quickly states I do not qualify when I had higher ratio before and was given the loan also has trouble providing details on why then tried another loan and right away was refused with little details before the process was complete on the 2nd time. Have done business with this bank for over 15 years and can't even get assistance after bragging about so many choices which I never got. I applied due to expensive medical bills insurance will not pay for and have good credit so I am indirectly being told to go to another bank. after I paid the first loan off in less then 2 years!"
