Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Tried to change my telephone number on my mobile app and the gentleman who was supposed to be helping me said I have to go online. Which I did and it said call which I did and they said I need to go to the bank. I have lost all trust in them since their employees lack the proper training and since I have to go to the bank I plan to close my account just as soon as I have time to go to the there"
