"Nice hotel. The room was adequately cleaned and the hotel staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was good. We kind of caught the tail end of it, but that was our fault. Nice! friendly! clean!"

"My room was visibly very clean but absolutely reeked of cat pee. I love animals and I’m all for pet friendly places to stay, but the cleanliness needs to remain. There’s no way the cleaning crew couldn’t have smelled that prior to releasing the room. Front desk service was good."

"Room had a gross smell kinda like cat pee. The woman tending to the front desk when we arrived in the middle of the night was friendly and nice but this morning when I attempted to check out there was two women standing there and make eye contact with me but still continued their conversation and ignored me. It took about five minutes before the manager Jodie finally came out and asked me if I needed assistance."

"This hotel allows pets. Unfortunately, they do not do a very good job of cleaning after pets. If you have pet allergies, DO NOT stay here! Each room on the 2nd & 3rd floors wreak of (ammonia) urine! I cant speak for the 1st or 4th floor, but I can say for sure that floors 2 & 3 are awful. Plumbing leaves something to be desired as well. Toilets in 2 of our rooms wouldn't flush properly. The staff was very friendly. Very helpful. They were the best part of the stay. As for the rooms, big thumbs down. If you are traveling with pets, you can definitely stay here. Certainly not a good representation of what you normally find at Hampton Inn & Suites."
