Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

"This ATM has to be one of the most unreliable machines in the state. When there’s not someone “working” on it, some of the options don’t work when you want to use it. Specifically, my biggest pet peeve, is the fact that the cash deposit operation on this machine has not worked in over a year. Not to mention, they only have one machine now because they decided it would be a good idea to take the second one out a few months ago. Almost of my income comes in the form of cash which makes ATM’s crucial to me at the end of each week. Living in the Union County area, this BOA ATM is the closest to me distance wise. Now, since the cash deposit hasn’t worked in so long, I have to go out of my way either to the ATM off Independence near Walmart or the BOA in Matthews across from Publix. I wasn’t too upset about the inability to deposit cash when the issue first arose, but now it has just become a major inconvenience to me in my daily life. IF YOU NEED TO DEPOST CASH, THERES A GREAT CHANCE THIS ATM WILL NOT ALLOW IT. Bank of America, if you read this, it would be very useful to me and many other Union County residents to get this ATM operating correctly again and possibly add another one similar to a few months ago."
