"My daughter opened her account today and Kevin was her bank representative. He was awesome! He helped her open her account, get all of her cash from her different apps transferred over, and set up her digital card and her paperless statements. Kevin was extremely friendly, helpful, thorough, and easy to communicate with. Thank you Kevin, we appreciate you!"

"The worst branch I’ve seen so far. Not knowledgeable on transfer procedures, one of the personnel at the entrance seems barely handling her aggression, not willing to look for solutions, and rather creating impediments for the clients. I visited it at least four times and the only positive feedback I could give is for the two male personnel working in the office, other women are just unprofessional so much that I am writing this review. I had to go to another branch to get an assistance and guess what, the personnel at another branch were not only welcoming but also addressed all of my questions and requests. Not recommending this brunch at all!!"

"The customer service at this branch is above and beyond that of any other bank. We did not have an appointment scheduled but needed to send a wire transfer for a home purchase and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Jane is an exceptionally nice person and did not make us feel rushed or like a nuisance at all!"

"Every bank I’ve been at were able to answer my questions and do what I needed, and the branch in Monroe is no exception: polite, knowledgeable, never got a rude or disrespectful response (I’m a immigrant with obvious accent). They are usually busy, most of the times two tellers and two people in the back for account questions or whatever else they do. Open even during COVID, other branches are closed so that’s why the lines are a bit long: 10-15 people last time I was there(20-30min wait), but again, COVID, limited capacity inside so... not their fault."

"B0A is the worst bank I have ever encountered. They did away with drive up tellers to put in teller assist. Then they did away with teller assist. They only have 1 maybe 2 tellers that are actually taking customers so you have to stand in line forever just to make a deposit with checks. The only reason i go here is because my employer banks with them for our residents. The tellers certainly aren't as professional as when I was in banking. Smacking gum when they wait on you, or drinking their drink. I don't like going to this bank."
