Reviews of Dr. Rosalind M. Cadigan, MD
"Dr. Cadigan and her team are beyond wonderful. I have been seeing their office since I was a teenager and now into adulthood and motherhood. Dr. Cadigan is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel like family. I could truly feel her concern for the wellbeing of my babies. I will suggest this office over and over again to first time mothers and all women."
"Dr Cadigan has been my gynecologist for almost 10 years. She has always been professional, caring, and a great listener. She has let me have a say in my own healthcare. She has patiently answered any questions I had. I have had 2 D&C's and a hysterectomy that she has performed, and I have all the confidence in the world in her."
"Much love for Dr. Cadigan! She is wonderful and I am grateful for her as my OB/GYN. She was very caring and professional during my entire pregnancy and I am very honored that she delivered my daughter. I still see her for regular appointments and always feel comfortable with her!"
"This office has been nothing but unprofessional and incompetent. I had a miscarriage and the D&C wasn't scheduled until almost a week later "because of the Thanksgiving Holidays" and I ended up passing the baby at home. 4 months later, I got pregnant again only to have to deal with the following: my 1 year old was not feeling well and I had to reschedule. The scheduler treated me like I was being irresponsible and that "Dr. Cadigan won't like this." I had to re-explain why I couldn't come in a few times for her and she ended up transferring me to the nurse's voicemail so I could again re-explain that my son wasn't feeling well and I needed to stay home with him. How entirely odd. At my 24 week check up my appt was scheduled at 3:30PM. I still had not been taken back by 4:45PM. It takes me 30 min to drive there, and because we have no family in the area, my husband has to take off work to watch our baby. I had to reschedule after waiting well over an hour. They treated me like I had no right to be upset about the over-an-hour wait time, with no courtesy call beforehand. Even with knowing that my husband has to take work off, there was no apology. I was rescheduled for the following week. I am 25 weeks pregnant at this point. I called beforehand to make sure the doctor was on time with appts. I was told by Savanna that “yes, Dr Cadigan is for once on time today.” I am halfway to the office and receive a call from Savanna saying that Cadigan is delivering a baby and if I can come in at 4. The amount of time it takes me to get there plus with my husband already taking work off, it was a no. I get to the office to wait. Realizing that Cadigan would most likely not be back in time to see scheduled patients, I asked if Christina could at least take my vitals and my urine sample, and listen to my baby's heartbeat. They said no because the doctor wasn’t present. This excuse ended up to be an apparent lie. I was treated with much disrespect by Savanna. Given that I've had a miscarriage through this office and they were refusing to even check the baby's heartbeat was completely appalling to me. I rescheduled for that Friday to see Dr Cadigan and pleaded to have vitals checked and baby’s heartbeat checked before I left. Christina then said "how do we know you'll even come Friday?" I was going to come back, but what is the difference, they couldn't just take my baby's heartbeat? I said I might transfer given the mistreatment and refusal of something so simple, and me driving this far for nothing. Christina relented and took me back to check the baby's heart beat. It had nothing to do with the doctor not being there but they felt like it was a waste of “their time” to examine the heartbeat. Before this, they acted like it was vital that I come in no more than two days after heartbeat and vitals were checked to see the doctor (that same Friday) so two days in a week my husband would have to take time off work only for me to receive a phone call from the office manager the following day saying that the Doctor said "maybe it would be best if I transferred to another doctor to fit my needs." Dr. Cadigan didn't even call me herself. And apparently me being told that coming in on Friday was a “critical appt” the doctor obviously didn’t find necessary at all. They don’t actually care. Now, at 25 weeks pregnant they wouldn't even provide me with a list of doctors that would consider taking late transfers knowing full well that we are not from this state and are not familiar with the hospitals. The doctor is also aware that I have to get my rhogam shot at 28 weeks or I have a high risk of miscarrying. She is also aware that the late pregnancy transfer to another practice is not a quick process. I have been so disgusted with how uncaring, inappropriate, and unprofessional an entire staff could be. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
"I love this medical group. Dr. Cadigan is a fantastic doctor. She has an extremely busy schedule (you can tell just by sitting in the wait area) but she has always been very attentive, answered any questions I had, she has been proactive with any issues or complications that presented themselves in my current pregnancy and with my son who is almost 4. Her nurse is also great and has always returned my calls promptly. The other staff (front desk, office, lab and ultrasound) are all very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind also!"
