"So disappointed. Poor service and immature staff. Went to the store today with my dad to get him slip on shoes. We wanted size 8 or 8.5 but there was only one shoe for each. When asked for help the young lady pretended to look at the cash register and never came back to tell us that she couldn’t find the second shoe of either size 8 or 8.5 but rather continued to straighten the boxes in next aisle. While we were waiting patiently in anticipation she may get the right size. When we asked if they found the 2nd shoe, she and her colleague started to smirk and laugh. Poor service and immature staff. Will never shop here again."

"I brought my elderly uncle here to buy some comfortable shoes since his shoes were causing him foot pain and hindering his walking. We were helped by a younger fellow, who measured my uncle's feet and pointed us to the right section for wide shoes. They were running a b1g1 half off deal so he picked up two pairs and some socks etc. I plan on shopping there when I need new sneakers in the coming months."

"Terrible experience today when we went to swap two pair of shoes for a bigger size each. We entered the shop well before the closure time and made it to the till 15 min before 6pm on a Sunday. Whilst trying to ask for help on the availability of a number for a particular model, I was treated as if I was disturbing the 2 shop assistants (one of which I learned was the manager who did not even have the education to present her entire name and rudely told me she had not surname, however, she was proud to say her name was Abby and she was the manager when I asked to see one).. As a customer I assumed that when 2 shop attendants are at the till and only other customer, me being the second, one of them would be available to deal with a second customer. This was not the case and I was presented with a smug rude reply and a horrible tone of voice indicating that I was disturbing her by asking if they could help me. When I have explained that her tone and reply made me uncomfortable she replied that I have behaved as if I was in title to… in title to what? To be helped by the shop assistants, 2 of them who were both attending one customer? No Apologise received for what I have explained was a bad experience, moreover, the manager’s vocabulary was revealing the entire spectrum of words you would find in an environment that is nothing like an outlet designer shop: ‘I am not having you telling me how to speak!’ Totally disappointed with the experience and the behaviour of the personnel. Would not come back, shame for the shoes, they are of good quality, but this shop personnel does not do them any justice."
