"Wish the ATM worked, seeing as how IT'S THE ONLY ONE. Infuriating."
"Worst ATM I've ever experience in my life. Only due to my business account that I'm forced to use that wretched thing. Only one atm that works half the time. Also, why in the heck do you get your card back FIRST before the last question of; "are you finished doing business?" That sets people up for failure. i.e driving off with their card while their account is still open on the atm for the next person to decide their fate. Also closing at 4pm is not ideal for anyone. These are all fixable problems BOA."
"Won't cash a check from US treasury unless you have an account basically entrapment is what the manager tried to do whenever they gladly cashed one without an account during stimulus time"
"recently the employees there were nothing but patient with me while i was doing a longer than normal transaction while also having to juggle a rush of other customers and a particularly nasty karen that was insulting the employees but overall i dont think ive ever had a bad experience from this bank itself"
"Bank of America has poor customer service. I took a 13,000 dollar check to get cashed or get a cashier's check since it was drawn from a B of A account. They would not do either! So here is my question, if I didn't have a bank of my own to deposit it through, how would I go about getting the funds?? Force me into creating an account? But then again that wasnt even offered. No wonder Bof A gets poor press CONSTANTLY!"
