"My review was accurately reported in detail & was not posted! My profits have been usurped & account neglected. Now the report of devastating circumstances has disappeared wo being posted. * So, let me begin again. Year end EJ reports for tax purposes revealed 2/3 of my selected investment profits were lost by poor timing in withdrawing funds after investments already plummeting Neglect & mismanagement causes failure of the clients resources on top of fees of all sorts, exacerbated interest rates & failure to use profits to pay down loans before they became losses - shredding one’s retirement to ashes while continuing to further deplete it due to disregarding direct client instructions - the multiple human errors & 3 weeks global travel jaunts & escalating interest rates lowered only by client liquidating everything marketable to lower loan base. Human error of a variety of sorts due to untended accounts… the rich get richer while the poor get poorer … seems to be the right shoe size… a grave dug As of this date there have been 4 2 wk to 10 day min vacas out of country etal with no one capable to monitor or adjust Accts. Clients remain on the back burner no matter what the market is doing. 2/3 profit gained Losses from negligence in mo orbiting & soaring interest rates piling up scoring up thousands of dollars of additional losses is standard format. Add the higher than normal transaction costs & deceptive info & you have a small glance into the Linville client dilemma. One wrong doesn’t make a right. 10 wrongs dig a client hole they can not recover from. & the lifestyle continues making the priorities obvious to the suffering client, as the absences speak for themselves. *** am adding to my review December of 2023. *I was strongly pressured by the broker speaking on behalf of Corporate Edward Jones to go on “Corporate texting” as they did not want to put anything of a business nature on a personal cell #. * I finally acquiesced, not feeling right about it after “a company surprise visit” * almost immediately “Corporate monitoring” DELETED part of a conversation! *I alerted my broker to the fact wo any response! * Nor does he check his personal em with several alerts to do so. * So I elected to discontinue this forced Corporate invasion ***Only to find EJ has now blocked all communication of any sort to the brokers personal cell phone & personal email. **EJ has taken over & altering all communication on personal cells & ems wo the consent or knowledge of the client or broker & blocks all! Transmission WHN you terminate this invasion of privacy & freedom of speech. *This is corrupt! we are in America, the land of the free & of the brave. *This takeover must be stopped immediately. Not only are EJ fees higher & account negligence prevalent as well as control Of the clients investment opportunities but they now shut down communications between client & office that they can not control *This is cause for alarm & *censure at the highest level & *immediate l reversal to assure client basic rights, privileges & dignity are not destroyed & infringed upon!"
