"This is the worst place to get insurance. Run Run Run. They will take your money. They told me that it would take 5 business days to remove a car from my policy because it was done at renewal. It's now a month later and 3 phone calls since and still deducting money out of my paycheck, claiming I'm going to receive a credit. I won't ever get a credit because they keep promising things that they don't do. They don't let you speak to a supervisor when you request one. They claim their policy doesn't allow anyone to speak with supervisors there. Bullshit. I had to call twice within 10 mins for them to send the correct insurance card. They are the most incompetent people I have EVER seen. They don't waste any time pulling money out of your bank account however, they can't make changes on your account that affect your bill. A big ripoff is what they are. They claimed my daughter was at fault and put points against my insurance because a deer hit her. They said that accident was her fault. WHO IN THE HELL EVER HEARD THAT ITS YOUR FAULT THAT A DEER RUN INTO YOUR CAR AT 11:00 AT NIGHT ON A HWY? Well these incompetent jackasses did. Almost 3 mos later, they still haven't sent my daughter her check for her medical bill for the accident. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and filing a complaint with the main office. They will be getting some air time on the news soon investigating their rip off practices. I rate them a NEGATIVE 100."
