"Wife and I came for a dinner date. Ordered a full slab of ribs with fries as the bar. Within 10 minutes, food was out and ready. Ribs were delicious as always. Some of the best ribs I've ever had at Calhouns. My daughter ordered her normal cheeseburger which looked very delicious. This was some of the juiciest and tender ribs I've ever had from here! Bravo!"

"We flew into Knoxville and were ready for some Southern cooking. Asked the rental car rep and she quickly recommended Calhouns! And wow, were we happy we went there. The Southern cooking is delicious from the homemade jalapeno pimento cheese spread to the fresh caught NC catfish, perfectly fried with cornmeal. "We had a party of four for dinner tonight. We were seated fairly quickly. Our server was really on the ball. She got out drinks out very fast and returned with bread and took our order. I believe her name was Meredith and she worked hard to make sure we had a good dinner experience."
