"Marc has been doing my taxes for the last couple of years, and ive had a number of issues using him as my CPA. I was audited for a tax return I had submitted a few years back. When I called Marc so he could help me with it ( I assumed he would since he did my taxes that year), I was told by his assistant that he was "not taking appointments at this time" and for the next few months. So I paid roughly 300 dollars for him to file my taxes for basically nothing. Eventually, when he started taking appointments again, I came by his office and dropped all my paperwork for my audit so he could go over it.
