"First time client not happy with results. Original phone conversation went well he said he’d answer all questions and he answered zero I had written down. He has one flat price of $650 for personal tax return. Our taxes were done incorrectly and we owed another $200 plus by his mistake. He blamed his program. We just received our tax papers back not sure why he hangs on to them so long. I will seek an actual company next time and plan earlier if needed. He seemed nice but maybe had too much on his plate is my best guess."
